From hardware to Finite Element Model

We are able to construct a FE model from an initial sample.

• We acquire the basic data in our own work shop and can process the data directly in-house.
• Possible methods are for example:
  • 3D laser scan
  • Computer axial tomography (CAT scan)
  • Weighing and photo documentation including assembly description
• Instant target-actual comparison
• Subsequent processing to CAD model
• FE model, validated by customer requirements
